“After 20 years of corporate experience, I have attended many leadership programs with Accenture, Goldman Sachs and American Express – all great companies that invest in developing leaders. Of all the programs, your sessions are the most memorable and relevant to my daily challenges. Please continue doing what you are doing- it makes a difference while making everyone smile.”

Executive Coach. Learning Designer. Consultant. Facilitator. Blogger. Producer. Playwright. Dramaturge. Wife. Friend. And a lover of Haagen Dazs coffee ice cream.

Since I was a kid I’ve been fascinated by people and the human condition.

I’d lie awake at night wondering: Why do people think and behave the way they do?

As an actress I get to explore that question in the rehearsal hall and put the answer on the stage.

As a speaker, teacher and a coach I get to help YOU figure out the answer and then YOU get to take that knowledge into your boardrooms and behind your lecterns.

From the world of the performing arts you can learn how to:

pitch your ideas to your boss and clients – in other words, how to ‘audition’

  • craft a compelling script (PowerPoint) that captures the head, heart and guts of your audience

  • increase executive presence. Implement techniques actors use to have great stage presence

  • overcome stage fright and performance anxiety

  • understand human behavior (your boss or client) by analyzing a character

  • handle tough Q&A – in other words, improvise!

Figuring out what makes people tick—whether they are characters in a play or your boss or your client or your staff—is what I really love to do.

I’ve been a professional actress and playwright for over 20 years appearing both off-Broadway and on film with the likes of Jimmy Smits, Linda Hamilton and the late Leslie Nielson.

One of my favorite theatre experiences was starring alongside Sylvia Kauders (from the original Broadway production) in Crossing Delancey and one of my proudest theatrical achievements is creating, producing and performing three award winning solo shows:

  • The Camino
  • That Dorothy Parker
  • After Anne Frank

All 3 shows have toured internationally.

TV/film includes: All My Children, Santa Who, Bless the Child, Wonderland, plus 26 episodes of Rockabye Bubble for the Family Channel and 13 episodes of Hello, Mrs. Cherrywinkle for Canada’s TVOntario. Plus, hundreds of TV commercials.

Another blush-worthy moment was a New York Times review that said: …’Lempert is a lovely performer. Charming and resonant.’ The day I read that I thought I’d died and gone to heaven.
